Greyhound to Adopt - RN's Malibu

	Malibu Malibu is a beautiful Red Female. She was born January 8, 2003. Malibu is a very sweet, gentle, and loveable girl. She loves to cuddle and will try to climb into your lap for attention. Mali gets along very well with the other greyhounds in the house. She does not have a dominant personality and will give way rather than argue. She rides beautifully in the car, settling right down and relaxing. Malibu is curious about the cat, but once she gets a couple sniffs loses interest and finds something else to amuse herself. She enjoys playing with squeaky stuffed toys and even rolls a tennis ball around then pounces on it. Malibu understood the dog door within the first five minutes in the house. She has wonderful house manners -- never a potty accident, polite with the other hounds, and doesn't even counter-surf! The one area that we are working on with Mali is her leash manners. She loves to go for walks but she wants to be in charge, going this way and that. She seems to have no sense of where the human is walking and will frequently bang right into your legs. Mali does calm down and walk nicely about two blocks into the walk. We are working on her leash manners and even though it's been less than a week, are seeing improvements. Somebody will be very, very luck to adopt this little gal. She's such a darling and such a beauty. She would make a wonderful PR hound. It would be nice if she goes to a home that will participate in meet and greets or some other form of greyhound PR work. Check on Malibu's Pedigree Interested in adopting Malibu?
